I've sued PrintPal in Virginia Court and won. Now PrintPal is refusing to pay the judgment. How do I get them to pay it? I need to file the judgment in Oregon. PrintPal's hired lawyer Lee A. Mills of Brophy, Mills, Schmor et al has told me that if I try and register the judgment in Oregon I will meet strong resistance.

So I need your help.

Show me the money. Be the ball. Well, outside of Jerry McGuire references, this is serious. One lawsuit CAN change the world -- look at Roe v Wade. Sure, this isn't a landmark case, but once this case is won, it proves that the company and/or individual who benefits from the sending of spam (not just the actual sender) is responsible financially and legally for sending that spam. Businesses will triple-reconsider sending spam if they know they could get sued and lose to some consumer who got their email in the wrong state.
